HOW TO ‘DONATE TO WIN’

Taking part in Rafiki Thabo’s Cook Off Competition is free, all you need to do is register by ‘like’ us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram, and dropping us a comment.

To be in with a chance of winning a coveted place in ‘an our with Prue’ or one of the other amazing prizes, we invite you to make a voluntary donation on this page.

We will draw one winner at random from everyone who donates (‘donate draw’) and we will offer the final space to attend our workshop ‘an hour with Prue’ to the person who donates the highest amount. Everyone who donates will also go into the draw for the other wonderful prizes.

Follow this link to donate, please add ‘Cook Off’ as reference to identify as a competition entry

All voluntary donations made in relation to the Rafiki Thabo Cook-Off will benefit our ‘Eat Well to Learn’ programme – where we pay for hot school meals for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children at our link school in Uganda.

Please see the Cook Off Competition Page and About Rafiki Page for more details about our ‘Eat Well to Learn’ programme, the competition, the prizes and the full Terms & Conditions (including how to enter the competition by sharing your ‘cook off’ photos on social media tagging @rafikithabofoundation and adding #rafikithabocookoff and #rafikithabofoundation, and on Facebook, uploading your photos to the pinned post at the top of our page as well as sharing on your own newsfeed..

Through your kind donation in support of our 'Eat Well to Learn' programme, you will help us make sure that the children have the best chance to stay healthy, have the energy to take on their long and often hazardous walk to and from school every day and also to concentrate during lessons. For many of the children we support, this is the only meal they will eat most days. The photos below from our link school in Uganda, shows the school 'kitchen' and how the traditional 'posho' is being made for the students’ lunch! The video shows how on a full stomach, these students have energy also to make beautiful music in their spare time!! So joyful!!!
